Being unsatisfied with his body and overall health, a man decided to try out the potato diet. And, in only one month, Andrew managed to lose 10kg. His nutrition is based on all possible types of potato. Namely, he has prepared all kinds of recipes with potatoes, including potato pancakes. However, this type of diet has its downfalls. Hence, by eating only potatoes, Andrew was depriving his body of important nutrients and vitamins like vitamins A, E, and K. Therefore, he decided to include soya milk which is rich in calcium.
He added that he was ready to stop the diet if it had caused any serious health issues. Up until now, he has been practicing this diet for 80 days and he intends to go on! Take a look at the video below to see what Andrew has to say about his diet:
