This is how to prepare your own, homemade “sleeping dust” and treat insomnia:
- 2 tablespoons pure pink Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tablespoons organic brown sugar
- 5 tbsp honey
You should mix all ingredients in a plastic bag, and shake them well in order to get a homogenous mixture.
Before going to sleep, or when you wake up during the night, you should put a tablespoon of this mixture under the tongue. Let it melt and it will end up in your blood. That’s all!
