By working on those meridians, paying attention to our body and searching for communication with a certain acupuncture point which carries some symbolism of an astrological house, we change the reality in our outer life.

The colon meridian astrologically refers to our sixth house and everything connected to it.

The main function of the colon meridian is to release everything that doesn’t serve to our system anymore and isn’t useful.

Generally, all diseases appear because of some connected condition of the emotions which are never set free and where a person holds too much negativity.

The emotions connected to our colon are: loss, guilt, as well as emotional and mental stagnation because of the inability to keep up with life.

The exercise of patting the point on the colon meridian –LI-1 (large intestine 1):

The initial contact e.g. point on the colon meridian is the point LI-1 on your forefinger which is on the outer side of the forefinger’s nail.

That’s the point we pat when we want to open the doors to the nature of everything connected to the sixth house.

By stimulating this point we allow the energy to wake up and flow smoothly through this meridian which will make us more practical and enable us not to hold and not to cherish “hard” things or produce them at all.

We start the exercise firstly by identifying the problem and while we’re patting this point we ask ourselves the following questions:

“What doesn’t serve me the most? What is that that I don’t want to keep inside me (thought, emotion, something in the wardrobe)?”.

Here we don’t emphasize the rejection, but the serving and the usefulness.

The colon meridian wants to accomplish the goal of usefulness and for it, that’s the only measure for accuracy.

It keeps our system clean.

When we become aware of what we don’t want to keep inside our system, the next step is to release it.

You can use the following statement for this:

“I can release”…or “I am now releasing”…(an emotion, a thought, a person, something from my wardrobe…)”.

By repeating these statements and in the same time tapping the points on the colon meridian we increase the cleanliness which is very important for our organism, all the relationships that we’re going to have and all the things that are about to happen, the health and practically the whole life.

The meridian language is a special magical language which helps us activate the potentials of our Higher Me.

If we practice these techniques, we must expect that we’re going to change the condition of our consciousness very fast, but also the world inside us and around us.
