All you need to do is soak a pair of socks, put them in a plastic bag and put the bag into the freezer. Leave the socks in the freezer for half an hour, and after that put them on. Putting on frozen socks may be a bit difficult since they will harden due to the cold temperature, but it is feasible and worth the try. After putting on the socks, you are ready to sleep. The relief comes immediately and although your warm feet will gradually heat the socks, the pleasant feeling will last much longer and this means that you will spend the warm summer night in a deep sleep.
