The main ingredient is fresh horseradish, rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B1 and B6, iron, vitamin B2, magnesium and phosphorus.

Ingredients that you need to prepare the syrup:
- 4.5 oz / 125 grams horseradish
- 4 lemons
- 3 spoons of honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 piece of ginger (2 cm)
Method of preparation:
Mix the horseradish and the ginger in a blender. Squeeze the juice out of lemons and add it into the blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 spoons of honey, and 2 tsp of cinnamon and mix again until you get the syrup. Store the syrup in a jar.
How to use it?
Take 1 tablespoon, 2 times a day before meals, or before cardio workouts. Consume it 3 weeks and then make a pause of several days.
