In the design of the Universe, seven is quite a significant number. There are seven tones on the music scale, seven colors in a rainbow and seven streams of consciousness for a soul to become aware in. As we raise our frequency in attune with these energy streams, we begin to understand how our roles here on Earth match the ray of our personality in this lifetime.

In spiritual terms, we incarnated here on Earth to evolve our souls through experiencing the light of the Source. This evolution seeks to end the divide between personality conflicts, to find atonement by shining a light on our best qualities. The inherent qualities from each of the seven rays of light consciousness combine to resonate a tone. This creates vibrant, amazing energy which meters our ultimate healing and ascension.

"Brain power" takes on a literal meaning when it comes to EEG painting, mind-responsive furniture, and the work of Lisa Park. Park combines EEG scanning with speakers and pools of water to visualize her thoughts and emotions. Last year, she exposed her brain patterns to the world with Eunoia, in which she placed five water-filled metal plates atop speakers designed to respond to her real-time brain data. In that project, Park sorted the data into five emotions—sadness, anger, desire, happiness, and hatred, one per plate. But the latest iteration of the project takes the experiment to the next level:

Eunoia II is outfitted with 48 vibration pools, inspired by the 48 emotions philosopher Baruch Spinoza outlined in his book, Ethica, like frustration, excitement, engagement, and meditation. Each speaker vibrates according to Park's brain wave-interpreting algorithm, which tranforms intense signals from Park's Emotiv EEG headset into intense vibrations in the pools of water. Here, Park is literally putting her inner struggles on display, and the whole show depends on how she deals with her feelings.

Images taken from Lisa Park's Eunoia II

"I started working with biosensors especially EEG headset, because I questioned "how can I take this invisible energy and emotions and make it visible?" Park told The Creators Project. "When I am feeling certain emotions (anger, sadness, happiness), I believe that what's inside me, more than 60% of water in human body, will create vibrations/energy within myself. So, I wanted to create an artwork that represents the inner part of myself."

8 Things My “Bad-Boy” Brother Taught Me About Death

When my brother Billy woke me three weeks after he died, describing what was happening to him in the afterlife, I thought maybe I had gone a little crazy. How could my bad-boy brother, who died a tragic death, who had problems with addiction all his life, who didn’t live what most people would call a successful life, how could he be sharing secrets about life’s greatest mystery from another dimension? But as time passed, my skepticism turned to wonder as Billy taught me all about death.

1. The First Thing that Happens is Bliss

As soon as you die, you’re sucked out of your body into a Healing Chamber. The lights in that Chamber erase all the harm you suffered during your entire lifetime, physical, mental and emotional. So, in less than a nanosecond, all your pain is gone.

2. You Still Feel Like Yourself

Even though you don’t have your body anymore, you still feel like an individual. Actually, you feel more like yourself than you did when you were alive. There’s so much influence from others while you’re on earth that in a way you don’t get to be you.

Unfortunately the typical American diet consists largely of toxic and acid-forming foods like refined grains, processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, pasteurized juices, fried foods, meat and dairy -the list goes on. Combine all of this food with a lack of sleep, stress and pharmaceutical drugs to top it all off and its no wonder that people are being diagnosed with various diseases at an alarming rate.

It is important to maintain a proper pH balance. All foods in nature contain both acid and alkaline-forming elements and according to the Conscious Living Center, balance can be either achieved or prevented as a direct result from the food that we are eating. When we eat too many acidic foods it can lead to major health complications, such as “acidosis” this is a common diagnosis in people with diabetes. When nutrients required to maintain this slightly alkaline state cannot be obtained from the foods that we are eating, the body will then draw from its own stores, from the bones or other vital tissues, this damages the body’s ability to repair itself and detoxify heavy metals.

Again, the ultimate goal is balance. Although it is important to maintain this slightly alkaline state, eating too many or primarily alkaline foods only can have its own set of complications; although the risk of this happening is a lot less likely than the risk of the body becoming too acidic. Here are the top 6 alkaline foods to incorporate into your diet daily.

“That which does not kill us makes us stronger.”
–Friedrich Nietzsche

The wisest, most loving, and well rounded people you have ever met are likely those who have known misery, known defeat, known the heartbreak of losing something or someone they loved, and have found their way out of the depths of their own despair. These people have experienced many ups and downs, and have gained an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, understanding and a deep loving wisdom. People like this aren’t born; they develop slowly over the course of time.

Angel and I have worked with thousands of these incredible people over the past decade, both online and offline, through various forms of coaching. In many cases they came to us feeling stuck and lost, unaware of their own brilliance, blind to the fact that their struggles have strengthened them and given them an upper hand in this crazy world.

Truth be told, when hard times hit, and the challenges you face are great, you can either let your situation define you, let it destroy you or let it strengthen you. The choice is yours to make.

In today’s article I want to remind you of a few powerful, yet easily forgotten truths that will help you choose wisely and grow stronger even through the hardest times…

Lucid dreaming isn’t just a way to have mystical experiences—it’s also an incredibly useful day-to-day life skill. Here’s five ways you can use it to gain incredible advantages in your life

Once a relatively obscure practice studied only by sleep scientists, artists and mystics, lucid dreaming has become an incredibly popular subject. Although many are aware of the phenomenon of being consciously aware and in control as you dream, few know the diverse applications the skill can have.

As someone who’s been lucid dreaming for over half a decade, please let me share five of my favorite benefits of waking up in your dreams.

1. Fun

This is probably the most simple attraction of lucid dreaming, and yet it can give the most fundamental, primal joy. Imagine the most vivid, open-ended video game you’ve ever played or even conceived of. Lucid dreaming, when properly practiced and mastered, is like the most realistic VR simulation you can imagine, combined with a degree of complexity and open possibility that make GTA V look like pong. Want to fight Nazis on a flying motorcycle? Overthrow an empire? Visit distant planets? It’s all possible. Fun might not be the deepest or most sophisticated reason for wanting to get into lucid dreaming, but just one session battling ninjas on Jupiter will give you the kind of encouragement you need to further pursue the practice and achieve some of its more abstract and holistic benefits.

When most people imagine their dream home, they probably think of a large, sprawling vacation house that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. When Steve Areen thought about building his dream home, all he had to do was find $9,000 and a place to build. He did just that and, in a few weeks, he had a vacation home in the middle of Thailand that could make anyone drool.

In just 6 weeks, Steve was able to create the home of his dreams.

With a Thai friend's guidance, his son-in-law's masonry skills and a lot of work, the team made progress quickly.

If you believe that you are at the mercy of your genetic code, great news, you're not. According to the science of epigenetics (the study of how environmental factors outside of DNA influence changes in gene expression), stem cells and even DNA can be altered through magnetic fields, heart coherence, positive mental states and intention. Top scientists around the world agree: genetic determinism is a flawed theory.

Curbing the genetic victim mentality

The DNA we are born with is not the sole determinant for our health and well-being. Stem cell biologist Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., discusses the important difference between genetic determinism and epigenetics in an interview with SuperConsciousness magazine:

"The difference between these two is significant because this fundamental belief called genetic determinism literally means that our lives, which are defined as our physical, physiological and emotional behavioral traits, are controlled by the genetic code. This kind of belief system provides a visual picture of people being victims: If the genes control our life function, then our lives are being controlled by things outside of our ability to change them. This leads to victimization that the illnesses and diseases that run in families are propagated through the passing of genes associated with those attributes. Laboratory evidence shows this is not true."

Intimately intertwined within the commonly accepted five senses our body uses to collect information about our external world lies the uncharted territory of our metaphysical world containing extrasensory perception and our chakras. It’s only recently that our sixth sense has come into humanity’s collective awareness. But did you know you have a 7th sense?

It is Aristotle (384 BC – 322 BC) who is credited with the classification of the primary five sense organs: sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. These sense organs contain receptors for specific stimuli that are connected to your body’s nervous system which then sends data to your brain, providing you with useful information about your physical/external world. But what about your essential/internal world?

Buddhists consider the mind to be a sense organ in addition to the five senses. Simultaneously processing the collective data of the first five senses, the mind becomes a gateway, making an exponential or fractal leap to a broader spectrum of perception that includes your internal sensory system. This extrasensory system has been referred to as the psychic realm.

Because science was not advanced enough to detect and measure these energy fields, such phenomena was illegitimized as paranormal, and even ridiculed. Slowly, this is beginning to change.

People fall prey to conditioned responses unknowingly. As a result, their reactions to others become robotic. They can release themselves from this sad state of affairs through transcendence brought about by simple awareness to inner freedom.

The writer was exposed years ago to the matter of mental conditioning by the messages of a few Enlightened Masters. That brought in an inwardly moving self-awareness in him. As a result, some obsessive-compulsive reactions which were trying to enslave him were washed away.

Freedom from conditioning has many redeeming by-products. One of the most important of them is the release from a warped state of mind due to fears and disturbances in childhood. Conditioned responses can gradually push one into a rut from which it becomes very difficult to release oneself as years go by. Sensing this, one moves towards an inner freedom that augments vibrant living. Add to this the exposure of some spiritual paranormal phenomena, we have the joy of candid living with no psychological or physical addictions. The writer wishes to share such a joy with the readers.

Reflective people realize how human beings fall prey to a promised security through belonging to a religious system or similar organized activities. They also see that while religions can help, emotional attachment to a system makes for self-created prisons. Once settled in such a prison, people have a false sense of security – false because they are afraid to step out of the prison where insecurity awaits them! The resulting defensive attitude ends up in a conditioned state of mind leading to inward slavery. It also engenders violence because of their false security being threatened. Inner freedom cannot come through belonging to any prison.

The cancer industry tells us some of the most magnificent lies about the safety of toxic chemotherapy treatments and long-term survival rates related to the poisonous practice. Few doctors and scientists will put their reputations on the line to expose this fraudulent source of disease called a treatment. We will one day look back on the practice of "cut, burn or poisoning" cancer as perhaps the most barbaric and one of the largest failures of mainstream medicine. We've been warned, but the message is still not getting through.

First some convincing facts from decades past on the corruption of conventional cancer treatment ("from Reclaiming Our Health: Exploding the Medical Myth and Embracing the Source of True Healing by John Robbins):

  • "Percentage of cancer patients whose lives are predictably saved by chemotherapy - 3%
  • Conclusive evidence (majority of cancers) that chemotherapy has any positive influence on survival or quality of life - none.
  • Percentage of oncologists who said if they had cancer they would not participate in chemotherapy trials due to its "ineffectiveness and its unacceptable toxicity" - 75%
  • Percentage of people with cancer in the U.S. who receive chemotherapy - 75%.
  • Company that accounts for nearly half of the chemotherapy sales in the world - Bristol-Meyers Squibb.

Have you heard about the amazing Himalayan crystal salt that comes directly from the Himalayan Mountains? It is packed with some pretty amazing benefits and is an amazing new staple to add to your pantry. It is an absolutely wonderful alternative to table salt, and soon I’ll explain why.

The History

First of all, what makes Himalayan crystal salt so amazing? About 200 million years ago, there were crystallized sea salt beds that were covered with lava. Being kept in this untouched, pristine environment that has been surrounded with snow and ice for so many years means that the salt has been protected from modern day pollution. Many people believe that this pink salt from the Himalayas is the purest salt that can be found on the planet.

Minerals & Energy

Himalayan Salt contains the same 84 trace minerals and elements that are found in the human body, that alone is quite impressive! A few of these minerals include: sodium chloride, sulphate, calcium, potassium and magnesium. When using this salt, you are actually getting less sodium intake per serving than regular table salt because it is less refined and the pieces are larger.

From its very inception, the Leninist/Marxist ideology of the Soviet Union made it a central priority to dispel and subjugate religious and spiritual expression. The state was “god.” No other god could be allowed to flourish, for if the people were given license and freedom of belief in something beyond themselves and beyond the establishment, they would retain a sense of rebellion. The collectivist philosophy requires the utter destruction of all competitors; otherwise, it can never truly prevail.

Atheism became the cult of choice among the communists, for in an atheist world there is nothing beyond the veil. There is no greater goal and no inherent self. There is no true individualism, only self interest (not the same thing), the trappings of environmental circumstances, and the constant substantiation of the greater good. By extension, there is no inborn moral compass or conscience, only the social fashions and mores of the moment. In such a world, tyrants reign supreme because atheism allows relativism to flourish; and any crime, no matter how heinous, can be rationalized. Beyond this, if you know and study the real history of the rise of communism, you know through great researchers like Antony Sutton that the very fabric of the system would never have existed without the monetary and military aid of international financiers (i.e. the NWO).

The atheist position uses the same arguments I have just made as a reason to remove religion and spirituality from our cultural influences. And in some respects, atheists are right. Religion is a tool that can be exploited to manipulate the masses. Any system of belief that is faith-based can be misinterpreted and abused in order to lure unwitting dupes and mindless followers into the fray of an engineered disaster. Atheists commonly argue that it is the encumbering nature of faith that causes mankind to destroy itself in the name of zealotry and self-righteous ignorance.

The New World Order: Does It All Just Boil Down To A Battle For Your Soul?

Being human is not always easy. We have to pretend we are interested in things we are not for the sake of social convention. There is a socially acceptable way to eat, speak, and behave. And heaven forbid we should ever dress inappropriately. That could literally end you up in prison. From the minute we are born, we are piled on with conditionings imposed upon us from our society that shape our behaviour and our mentality.

We live in a strange world where being authentically you is not only discouraged, it’s deliberately suppressed. But beneath the obvious conditionings and conventions that we live by, there are some more deep-seeded “rules” that we must abide by.

These are rules that you learned prior to even being born, and are implicit in your human experience while you’re here. These are essential not only to creating an enjoyable life for yourself, but also for the evolution of your soul. Here are 5 rules you agree to when you sign the contract to become a human.

5 Rules For Being Human

by Luminita Saviuc
Purpose Fairy

“Your life has an inner purpose and an outer purpose. Inner purpose concerns Being and is primary. Outer purpose concerns doing and it is secondary. Your inner purpose is to awaken. It is as simple as that. You share that purpose with every other person on the planet – because it is the purpose of humanity. Your inner purpose is an essential part of the purpose of the whole, the universe and its emerging intelligence. Your outer purpose can change over time. It varies greatly from person to person. Finding and living in alignment with the inner purpose is the foundation for fulfilling your outer purpose. It is the basis for true success. Without that alignment, you can still achieve certain things through effort, struggle, determination, and sheer hard work or cunning. But there is no joy in such endevor, and it invariably ends in some form of suffering.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

The world we live in nowadays and the way we spend most of our time keep many of us from reflecting on the meaning of life, from contemplating on the reason of our existence and from getting to know who we truly are deep down inside.

We’re running around like crazy people, constantly doing something, keeping ourselves busy and bragging with how hard we work, but we rarely stop to think whether all these things we are doing and all this hard work is increasing our happiness, or is amplifying the stress, anxiety and unhappiness that is already present in our lives.

Living in this world sometimes scares me because at times it feels as if we have forgotten how to think our own thoughts, how to have our beliefs and ideas and how to a life that we can honestly call our own. We’re copying everyone else’s behaviors and we’re doing whatever everyone else is doing, failing to realize that we weren’t born to be like everyone else. We weren’t born to do what everyone else is doing and we weren’t born to be a second rate version of someone else.

I am an ‘ordinary’ native, yet for near half of my life I have experienced an extraordinary interconnection with the external world. Some might call it spirituality, others might call it being tapped in and some simply classify it as religion or the paranormal. But in fact the blurring of the lines between one person’s mind and the rest of reality has been called many things by many cultures and traditions who have attempted to explain it over the course of humanity’s history.

No matter what you call this world-wide and timeless phenomenon, most people have personally had extraordinary experiences, too.

Some obvious examples include: thinking of someone not heard from in a long time and then running into or receiving a phone call from them; knowing information intuitively which turns out to be true; feeling a loved one’s pain or knowing something is wrong when they sustain a serious injury or in unfortunate circumstances pass away; telepathic experiences between close friends or family members, particularly twins; out-body-experiences (OBEs); near-death-experiences (NDEs); deep meditation; psychedelic expansion; and having an experience such as a dream or premonition before it eventuates in the future.

Examples of less intensity can include: having a feeling of being watched only to turn around and catch out someone looking at them; having a conversation about a concept which then eerily happens to occur within their immediate future; knowing what another person is going to say next even if they don’t know them; having strong emotion or thought which then continues to be mysteriously reflected around them in their experience, such as through music, movies, conversations etc.; having a series of experiences over a short period of time that are relevant to a particular theme in a person’s mind; experiences which occur with such precise timing that it feels uncanny in nature; and ongoing moments of external reflections which seem ordered and interrelated to the context of internal thoughts and feelings.

Candles make everything special – unless their wicks are made from lead and the candle itself is full of chemicals that could cause cancer. Sound too dramatic? It’s not. Candles with lead-core wicks release five times the amount of lead considered to be dangerous for children (see note at end about lead-core wicks). Candles made from paraffin, a petroleum by-product, release carcinogenic soot when burned. Safer alternatives are those that use a cotton or paper wick, and are either unscented or scented with essential oils.

The candles themselves should be made with 100 percent soy, beeswax, coconut wax, hemp oil, or some combination that doesn’t contain any paraffin.

Here are 7 candles to look for when you shop:

1) Way Out Wax – This Morrisville, Vermont company makes candles both out of one hundred percent beeswax and from a combination of vegetable wax and hemp oil wax. The wick is cotton or hemp, and any fragrance is derived by essential plant oils. By the way, to minimize soot, trim wicks to 1/4 inch, and do not burn candles near a draft.

Some common “health foods” are anything but healthy and can actually work against you. When you take steps to remove them from your regular diet, you’ll be helping to avoid the negative consequences that come with repeated use.

1. Protein Bars

Seen as a better alternative to a candy bar, post-workout protein bars often contain just as much sugar and more questionable ingredients. If you’re strength training in an effort to build muscle and increase your metabolism, it can be disheartening to see what’s really in that protein bar you’ve been eating.

Because protein bars are linked so closely to a healthy lifestyle, it’s interesting to see how some of the largest protein bar manufacturers have managed to convince users of their efficacy. These bars generally point to the high number of grams of protein they contain, as well as amino acids and other healthy features, while downplaying the use of chemicals, additives, preservatives, and conventional ingredients.
Better Alternatives: Make your own all-natural protein bars so you can have quality control over what goes into them.

This special report from Vice should have the world´s attention. While the Japanese government (and mainstream media) continues to ignore the horror unleashed by the Fukushima nuclear plant tragedy, recent reports coming out of Japan paint a whole different picture. Yes, we should be freaking out.

Vice travel to Fukushima to see the nuclear plant, meet some locals, and interview experts. According to ex-politician Hiroshi Kawauchi: “The nuclear reactor has emitted airborne radioactive cesium levels that exceed the Hiroshima A-bomb by 168 times, but we´re always told everything is OK.” 168 times? The consequences for groundwater and seawater contamination, not to mention the food we eat and the air we breathe, are unimaginable and will get worse with each generation.

Fukushima has the potential to be a global nuclear catastrophe unlike anything we have ever seen before. The Japanese government has covered up the truth, putting residents at great risk for many generations to come. 90 million tonnes of radioactive water is leaking into the ground and the ocean. Another YouTube video showing latest reports from Fukushima this week paints a terrifying picture, although the mainstream press remains quiet.
