Fluoridated water calcifies your arteries: study

A major promoter of heart disease in the U.S. today could be a chemical that the government has been intentionally dumping into the water supply for decades on the premise that it prevents tooth decay. Fluoride, according to a new study published in the journal Toxicology, shows demonstrated cardiotoxic effects, which include the calcification and hardening of arteries.

Researchers from the University of Zaragoza in Spain looked at the effects of water fluoridation on the progression of vascular calcification in renal (kidney) disease. The team used real-world concentrations of fluoride as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for optimal oral health -- 1.5 milligrams per liter (mg/L) -- administering this amount to rats via water in the same way humans would receive it.

It was observed that, for five days, the rats, all of whom had experimental chronic kidney disease (CKD), experienced calcification of their aortic smooth muscle cells. The rats also experienced further declines in renal function as a result of exposure to fluoride, demonstrating the nephrotoxicity of this common water additive.

"[F]luoridation of drinking water... dramatically increased the incipient aortic calcification observed in rats with experimental chronic kidney disease," wrote the authors. "[T]he WHO's recommended concentrations in drinking water become nephrotoxic to CKD rats, thereby aggravating renal disease and making media vascular calcification significant."

90 percent of digested fluoride is taken up by intestines and distributed throughout body

Previous research, as noted in the new study, has confirmed that 90 percent or more of digested fluoride is absorbed through the intestines and distributed throughout the body to soft tissues, calcified structures and blood plasma. At WHO-recommended doses, fluoride can still get lodged throughout the body and remain there for many years.

We hear much about the supposed "conservative bias" of Fox News, but the truth is that overall the U.S. public considers the news media to be extremely liberal. Gallup found that 44 percent of all Americans consider the news media to be "too liberal", and only 19 percent of all Americans consider the news media to be "too conservative".

And it is a fact that "journalists" are far more likely to give money to Democrats than to Republicans. The following comes from an MSNBC report... identified 143 journalists who made political contributions from 2004 through the start of the 2008 campaign, according to the public records of the Federal Election Commission. Most of the newsroom checkbooks leaned to the left: 125 journalists gave to Democrats and liberal causes. Only 16 gave to Republicans. Two gave to both parties.

However, a new study shows that the last time the Earth's poles flipped, it only took 100 years for the reversal to happen.

Change Your Life Using Your Spiritual Power

Spiritual evolution is the natural dismantling of physicality; to blur the boundaries between physical matter and spiritual energy. Or, better yet, to realize that there are no divisions in the first place. Your physical world (including your body) is the result of spiritual energy (your Soul) solidifying portions of itself into a physical experience. The totality of who you are surpasses the parameters of your physical self. And, as you rely less upon your five senses this becomes more obvious to you. If you look at the world through your “physical eyes” everything will appear solid and static. However, if you look at the world (including yourself) through “spiritual eyes” (your Soul) you will sense that there is more to you than what you see in the mirror every day. Your life will then take on a new experience.

To increase your ability to see through your spiritual eyes, here’s a simple exercise that you can do. Start with a natural place like a park. Relax in the park, take a few simple breaths and as you look around say to yourself; right now divine creation is using my eyes to see its own creation. This exercise helps you to get out of your own way and tune into your divine nature. Another practice is to “bend” reality by using your imagination. For example, if you are looking at a tree, imagine the tree bending, twisting and stretching, or, imagine it disappearing and reappearing. If you’re sitting at a table pretend in your mind that you can push your hand through the table. By “playing” with physical reality in this way, you will strengthen the feeling of being able to shift and change reality; therefore, increasing your confidence to make changes in your life, and, to reconnect to your spiritual power.

So, having said that, if for example, you are unhappy with your car, then imagine the car shaping and shifting into a new one. Or, if you are unhappy with your current job, then remold the physical reality to a newer and better job. Or, imagine your body shifting into one of better health and healing. See yourself from the position of personal power and know that you can make changes.

The mummified remains of a 2,500-year-old Siberian princess were extracted from the Altai Mountains in Russia in 1993.

The finding of the so-called Princess Ukok in a permafrost subterranean tomb in the Altai Mountains, somewhere near the borders of Kazakhstan, China, and Mongolia, is considered one of the most important Russian archaeological discoveries of the late 20th century. It was believed to be part of the Pazyryk nomadic tribe mentioned in 5th century BC by Greek historian Herodotus.

New MRI (magnetic resonance image) scans have revealed that the ancient Pazyryk princess died after suffering from acute breast cancer. Scientists believe the 25 year old woman could have used cannabis to ease the pain.

The body of the Siberian mummy was covered with tattoos that were observable on her well-preserved skin. The princess was found in her tomb, buried with meat, ornate clothing, jewellery, a headdresses and other accessories.

Secret Project Created Weaponized Ebola in South Africa in the 1980s

Operating out of South Africa during the Apartheid era in the early 1980’s, Dr. Wouter Basson launched a secret bioweapons project called Project Coast. The goal of the project was to develop biological and chemical agents that would either kill or sterilize the black population and assassinate political enemies. Among the agents developed were Marburg and Ebola viruses.

Basson is surrounded by cloak and dagger intrigue, as he told Pretoria High court in South Africa that “The local CIA agent in Pretoria threatened me with death on the sidewalk of the American Embassy in Schoeman Street.” According to a 2001 article in The New Yorker magazine, the American Embassy in Pretoria was “terribly concerned” that Basson would reveal deep connections between Project Coast and the United States.

In 2013, Basson was found guilty of “unprofessional conduct” by the South African health council.

Celtic ‘Cross’ Discovered On Mars


UFO hunters have made a strange discovery in an image sent back by NASA’s Opportunity rover, revealing what appears to be a cross, surrounded by a circle, embedded in the otherworldly rock of Mars.

As The Huffington Post notes, the Opportunity rover has been traversing the surface of Mars for the last decade. The odd, cross-shaped artifact was discovered in a photo captured with the rover’s microscopic imager camera on July 12. The picture itself is microscopic, meaning that the cross-in-circle shape depicted in it is minute.

Turmeric naturally increases brain cell growth

The results of a new study published in the journal Stem Cell Research & Therapy suggests that the popular ancient Indian spice, turmeric, could help repair the brain following an injury and could also be used to treat neurodegenerative diseases.

In order to examine the effects of turmeric on brain cells, scientists first bathed endogenous neural stem cells (NSCs), which are stem cells found within adult brains, in extracts of a chemical found in turmeric. Amazingly, they observed up to 80 percent more stem cell growth when compared to the control, which used no chemical.

Now, we all know that turmeric offers many health benefits for people, including the ability to cure and treat many diseases without side effects. Multiple studies have shown that cholesterol medications, antidepressants, pain and inflammation medications, some diabetes drugs and many others, can potentially be replaced by the ancient spice.

The message to stop smoking issued by public health officials has been nothing less than paramount, repetitive and consistent in the last several decades. What about soft drinks? Daily consumption of just a half-liter of soda is linked with 4.6 years of additional biological aging, effects comparable to that of smoking, finds a new study.

The study found that drinking soft drinks is associated with cell aging, suggesting sugar-sweetened soda consumption might promote disease independently from its role in obesity.

The study revealed that telomeres -- the protective units of DNA that cap the ends of chromosomes in cells -- were shorter in the white blood cells of survey participants who reported drinking more soda. The findings were reported in the American Journal of Public Health

The length of telomeres within white blood cells -- where it can most easily be measured -- has previously been associated with human lifespan. Short telomeres also have been associated with the development of chronic diseases of aging, including heart disease, diabetes, and some types of cancer.

"Regular consumption of sugar-sweetened sodas might influence disease development, not only by straining the body's metabolic control of sugars, but also through accelerated cellular aging of tissues," said senior study author Elissa Epel, professor of psychiatry at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

“This is the first demonstration that soda is associated with telomere shortness,” Epel said. “This finding held regardless of age, race, income and education level. Telomere shortening starts long before disease onset. Further, although we only studied adults here, it is possible that soda consumption is associated with telomere shortening in children, as well.”
